This last week I was circulating flyers, here in Albuquerque,
for the new Art Bell chat club. One pinhead at one of the bookstores said that
he stopped listening to Art Bell's radio show when Art started getting into conspiracies.
So, after talking to that ignorant retail clerk, I realized that there are many
people with the same view. Here are some conspiracies that come to mind. Enjoy...

Environmental
Groups Protest 'Secret' NAFTA Talks
Washington
(Reuters) - April 28, 2000 - Environmental groups
on Thursday accused the United States, Canada and Mexico of holding secret talks
that could weaken wildlife protection under the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA).
In a letter to government ministers, 91 environmental groups
called on NAFTA trading partners to immediately suspend the negotiations, which
activists said have gone on for 10 months behind closed doors.
"These
secret negotiations must stop," said Mark Van Putten, president of the National
Wildlife Federation, one of the largest conservation groups in the United States.
U.S. officials no immediate comment.
Activists said NAFTA is the
only trade agreement with guidelines that make it possible for groups to protest
when environmental laws are not being enforced.
An environmental side-agreement
calls for public input as the guidelines for determining environmental problems
are developed.
Last June the guidelines were revised with input from
environmental groups from Canada, Mexico and the United States.
There
were only supposed to be small revisions to these guidelines after the June meeting,
the environmental groups said. But instead, NAFTA ministers have been conducting
"secret meetings to completely change key parts of these guidelines,"
they said in a statement.
The letter was signed by a wide range of groups,
including the Sierra Club, the World Wildlife Fund, Enlace Ecologico A.C. and
the Canadian Environmental Law Association.

Spy Says Russia Buried Explosives In U.S. Sept 11, 1999
NEW
YORK (Reuters) -Soviet spies buried explosives across the
United States and Europe as part of a Cold War sabotage campaign that identified
power stations, fuel pipelines and other infrastructure sites, a former KGB official
says.
The revelations are included in a new book co-authored by ex-Soviet
spymaster Vasili Mitrokhin and discussed in an interview he gave to the British
Broadcasting Corp. (BBC), excerpts of which will be broadcast Sunday by the CBS
News program "60 Minutes."
Mitrokhin, whose disclosure about
Briton Melita Norwood's nuclear espionage on behalf of the Soviet Union made headlines
Saturday, says that for years he copied top-secret documents by hand and smuggled
them from Russian intelligence headquarters, sometimes in his shoes, and hid some
of them in a mattress.
He wrote "Sword and
the Shield: Secret History of the KGB" with British academic Christopher
Andrew, who spoke with "60 Minutes" about Mitrokhin's note-taking and
smuggling activities over a 12-year period that began in the early 1970s when
he was put in charge of moving the KGB archives to a new site.
Mitrokhin,
now 77 and living as a British citizen under an assumed name, was motivated by
apparent disillusionment over Soviet crackdowns on dissidents.
"I wanted to show the efforts, the tremendous efforts of this
machine of evil," Mitrokhin told the BBC. "And I wanted to demonstrate
what happens when the foundations of conscience are trampled over and when other
moral principles are forgotten. I regarded this as my duty as a Russian patriot."
Mitrokhin divulges a trove of information about KGB efforts
in the United States, including an aggressive disinformation attempt to pin the
assassination of President John F. Kennedy on the Central Intelligence Agency.
But a major disclosure involves Mitrokhin's claim that Soviet spies surveyed
hundreds of potential sabotage sites in the United States and Western Europe in
the 1960s and 1970s. "As part of that," according to "60 Minutes"
"they buried booby trapped arms caches near some of the targets." The
explosives presumably are still there.
In the United
States, the KGB sabotage plan covered areas across the country. One of the first
targets identified by the KGB was an oil pipeline running from El Paso, Texas,
to Costa Mesa, California. The Hungry Horse Dam in Montana also was on the list
as was a "tremendously elaborate system" for knocking out electrical
power to New York state, "60 Minutes" reports.
Mitrokhin's
files, said "60 Minutes," did not "spell out" how many explosives
were buried in the United States or their exact locations, but Andrew says in
his U.S. TV interview that the Kremlin knows where they are.
In Europe,
Andrew said one of the sabotage sites was "checked out" in Switzerland.
Mitrokhin's directions were followed "precisely" and when investigators
began to dig, they uncovered something dangerous. "They turned a fire hose
(on the site) and it exploded," he said.

I entered this discussion because of declinations - which by the way is a major
source from which Witte developed midpoint theory. See my article in Summer issue
of Realta and in the Symposium publication from the Cosmobiology and Astrology
Conference in Scottsdale AZ this past summer. Penny contnributed the material
from which it came and which I learned existed from posts on this site. The time
is not right for it to be posted on a site as of yet.
It is with some
interest that I have been following the political comments from around the world.
All that is being said is a sign of the times and can be seen with what is happening
on a deep level of politics and being reflected in all of us and from political
leaders. I would like to mention several issues that I think are important unversially
to us all and that are integral to the subject material of this site. If we will
look at what has happened here we can get a picture of some of the motivation
of the political leaders.
First, we should all be pulling together as
astrologers, not separating - remember what happened to astrologers in a
neo-facisim society in Germany i.e. the great Witte's demise--that is where we
all will be in the event what the powers that be seem to be leading occurs. And
this is a strong spiritual point - it is separativeness that is the real evil
in this world. I want to get through a few few facts before I get to the astrology
relevant.
Another point is is based on rumor - although from a good source
- I heard that the Magi Society is Japanese in orgin and the people are basically
not astrologers but saw an opportunity for financial gain, thus the marketing
hype as mentioned by Neil. Although this is rumor it leads to another issue -
foreign influence.
The money that runs this county, that funds the Federal
Reserve (this is not a government organization - it is a private organization
of central bankers and heavily from Europe - especially England and Germany) and
to which this government continues to pay huge amounts of interest. These are
materialistic financiers that want the whole world under their control. This is
control of the many by a few. The problem is in this country, because of the privileges
we have enjoyed, we do not think a take-over could ever happen - but it can -
although somewhat off schedule because of the growing factions within that are
fighting it. Just in November a second meeting of the Bilderberger group met in
NY in order to discuss how the time table is being affected from the populus uprising
within. The uprising is against guncontrol, the take over of private lands by
the government, the education of children in our schools, ad infinium.
Take away the guns and you have disarmed the citizentry--this is a major agenda
- this leads to more government control in a thousand different ways. The US is
one of the few countries remaining in which owning guns is legal. In every one
of the countries in which the guns were confiscated, the incident of murder and
break-ins increases immediately by at least 40%+ - i.e. Australia and just recently
Austria the latter where the incident of murder increased by 300%. The reason
this was established in the first place was so an out-of-countrol government could
be offset by the armed populus--at that time every able bodied person was considered
a member of the militia. But what does our illustrious Janet Reno say--anyone
that is a professed Christian and owns a gun belongs to a cult. That is a direct
quote folks.
Control the lands and everyone is driven to the metropolis
areas where it is easier to control people. Control the thinking of the children
through education and it is easier to get them to vote according to the thinking
of the powers that be.
The Federal Reserve was established in 1913 after
a meeting of a group of financiers from many countries. It was voted in by a quorum
in Congress a few days before Christmas after most of the Congressmen had left
Washington to go back to their respective states for the holidays and was definitely
a financial ploy to gain control of this county's productiviy and political power--and
basically did.
Since the colonies from the Revolutionary War managed
to break away from England there have been forces afoot to bring "them"
back under control. The Consititution of this country and its Bill of Rights was
the hope of the world at the time and still is. It was actually based on masonic
code values and most of the originators were Masons. Almost all of those that
originated it and signed it ended up paupers.
The New World Order that
we hear so much about is the left hand path of the symbol (from Pothagorus) of
the spiritual path--that symbol is the symbol of Aries. The original path set
by the formers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights was to the right. The major
difference between the two paths applied to a group is the method of control--self-rule
by the populus as a republic vs. centralized government determined by a few. Many
people today do not understand the difference between a republic and a democracy.
There is a fine line between the two as I am sure you can see.
Another important fact is the way this country is taxed on income. This is an
illegal tax. It too was dreamed up by world financiers and was initiated by means
similiar to the Federal Reserve. It was never ratified properly according to the
laws established.
The point I am attempting to make is since the Constitution,
and Bill of Rights and the Revolutionary War occurred, world financiers have been
trying to get it under its control - this indeed is materialism at its worst working
against the spiritualizm that many of us hold dear.
But what does the
rest of the world see today--I think we have heard. It is not a pretty picture.
But it is not the fault of all the people like you and me--it is our fault if
we are complacient and listen to only what the media tells us - because it is
under the control of the adminstration, one that is headed by a person whose chart
can be quite positively compared to a through and through Nazi - Hitler.
One example of the mainstream media control recently was the situation in Seattle
concerning the meeting of the World Trade Organization. It was a whole day before
the national media brocasting stations took anything but a ho-hummm attitude--all
the while Seattle, an American city yet, was under seige and the whole uptown
area under tear gas control. One reason the administration did not want this out
at the time was because the people causing most of the trouble was young liberals--people
representing the party of rule. What a downer that would have been to have had
those on national televison--but after the fact one can set up appropriate interviews
to what is wished to be conveyed to the American public. We have to get the big
picture of what is occuring.
Another was the appointment of Starr--remember
it was Janet Reno that made this selection. Star held off losing the momentum
of several factors in the impeachment process and was a member of the only firm
that represents Chinese certain Chinese companies associated with the Chinese
military, the PLO, including the Chinese organization that is setting up the control
of the both ports of the Panama Canal.
Although it is true that this
country is supposed to have the highest standard of living in the world - this
is an enviable position - the reason this exists goes back to the Constitution
and the Bill of Rights--it is a situation that could exist everywhere if it were
allowed to be. On the other hand what is occuring with acceleration is to bring
this country down - instead of trying to bring the rest of the world up - although
our current political adminstration would have us to believe otherwise--just let
us control everything and take care of you and utopia would occur. This is the
trap for the many by the few.
There is so much more--for those of you
in this country, there are three sites that I would recommend for real news--you
will not get it through national media which is controlled by the financiers and
act in sinc with the current administration's agenda
The
August 11th eclipse was one of the most powerful ever experienced in written history
because it focused on the degrees of manifestation--the center points of the fixed
signs. If anyone knows of another eclipse that focuses on these degrees within
the past 6000 years, please let me know. The center points of the fixed signs
is the most powerful point that exists in the heavens and of which Witte was very
much consigant.
In declination theory, the midpoint fixed cross equates
to one awesome point-approximately 16 degrees 20 minutes (declination) where the
antiscia of each point when converted to celestial longitude is either in parallel
or contraparallel. This is the eclipse prior to the New Year begining astronomically
on Dec. 22 with the Winter Solstice at which the Moon is the closest in perihelion
to Earth in over a hundred years and of course Earth is at perhelion to the Sun.
