The Scam Called "State Rights"
In
each province in Argentina there are one or to very wealthy families, called caudillo,
who control & manipulate the local economy & politics. There are 5-6 caudillos
who manipulate the Argentine politics/economics.
Here
in New Mexico, USA it's called the "patron system".
Ever
heard of divide & conquer?
Dividing media
attention onto separate states is hoping that attention won't be brought to the
corruption in every state - just a few.
"State
rights" is about putting an honorable face onto corruption. And hoping you
naive college students will continue to perpetuate the myth and deception.
A
Republican conspiracy is a case in point. In a Republican scheme to rollback or
rescind the environmental laws passed in the late '70s & early '80s, Republicans
bought out the small independent newpapers in state after state. As an excuse
to cut-back expenses, the first thing to go were the reporters who use to cover
the state legislature. Once the reporters were gone, then the Republican state
legislators proceeded to gut environmental laws.
But
with Federal legislation the media spotlight is too bright for the rats to find
a place to hide.
