"The
Universe appears to be more of a living thought than a thing."
Attitude Adjustment
Some
of us are inspired - we're tuned into our spirit guides or muses (or our angel,
if we're lucky). The rest of us need to do a little "self work". Before
we get effective results, we need well thought out plans. Before we get the plans,
we need a wholesome attitude. To trick ourselves into a good attitude, we need
to meditate, or get into an appreciative mindset, or stop are value judgments,
or stop or stinkin' thinkin' mean-spiritedness. The ploys employed to adjust our
own attitudes are called meta-programming or psychocybernetics.

The Prayer
That's Like a Spell
As promised......
(drum roll please) .... The prayer that acts permanently like a spell is: SO BE
IT. AND IT IS SO. Also too to a lesser extent it is also SO BE IT. AND SO IT IS.
Both are prayers that act like spells but with one qualification: they must be
delivered with emotional commitment, enthusiasm/spiritual-strength, and focus.
Just to mouth the words does not work.
Somehow
this book relates: Gregg Braden has a new book out on the power of prayer -- "The
Isaiah Effect." The subtitle is "Decoding the Lost Science of Prayer and Prophecy."
Braden is the one who has extensively studied the Essenes.
Somehow
my psychic client arrived at this prayer-that-works-like-a-spell from something
about this Gregg Braden book. Will learn more later.
She
also advises "Picture what you want, FEEL what you want, say "So be it, and so
it is."
For those new to this
newsletter, we had previously come across the Truth from the readings that prayer
changes futures ... but that it appears to be a human condition to eventually
stop praying. Once the prayers stop, then the future gradually seems to shift
back into the place it was before the praying started.
Also
too, the Joy Safari Discovery that: There does exist a prayer that works like
a spell, meaning that you can pray it once and the future permanently changes.
Well,
you've got it, guys!
Yeeeeee-hah!

Ten
'Other' Commandments to Live by by Vickie
Baker
1 - You shall not worry, for worry
is the most unproductive of all human activities.
2 - You shall not be
fearful, for most of the things we fear never come to pass.
3 - You shall
not carry grudges, for they are the heaviest of all life's burdens.
4
- You shall face each problem as it comes. You can only handle one at a time anyway.
5 - You shall not take problems to bed with you, for they make very poor
bedfellows.
6 - You shall not borrow other people's problems. They can
better care for them than you.
7 - You shall not try to relive yesterday
for good or ill, it is forever gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your
life and be happy now!
8 - You shall be a good listener, for only when
you listen do you hear ideas different from your own.
9 - You shall not
become "bogged down" by frustration, for 90% of it is rooted in self-pity
and will only interfere with positive action.
10 - You shall count your
blessings, never overlooking the small ones, for a lot of small blessings add
up to a big one.
